Have fun- here's a great article to get you started https://empressofdirt.net/grow-clematis-cuttings/ Good luck!
I would call a nursery, just to be sure. I have a new growth coming up, but it isn't even time to here, to uncover them. It is still spring, and not MEMORIAL DAY. After that date, we can uncover, and then the GREAT planting season should come. With the diff winter that we have had, there may still be a cold switch in the seasons, and temps. I sure don't want my flowers to be hurt or damaged by this. Be careful, and wise, and you won't be sorry for this, ok? You may want to keep the new plants if you get them, in a garage, until it is Memorial Day, and time to plant, just to be extra safe, ok? Best wishes.
