What is this flower?plant? Is the fruit edible?

It grows as a vine, and spreads! It has a egg-shaped, green fruit that appears after the flower dies off. The flower only lasts a day or two. Bumble bees LOVE this flower!

That is a passion flower vine. I would not recommend eating it.

Sure is passion flower. Research the flower as it has a story of it's form. Very interesing. You can eat the fruit.
