Place them a bathtub with just enough water to keep moisture in them.
I have too many to fit in the bathtub, so the ones that do not fit, I just set them in bowls of water. For me, worked out great and I may skip the bathtub altogether. Just depends on what your preferance may be.
i live in michigan. I have more plants than I know what to do with. I only water them every two or three weeks Philodendron, pothos, spider plants, english ivy, cactus, etc Doing great It's good to let the soil dry out completely once in a while.
