Hello Dee; All that you need is a window sill and some potted Herbs.

Mine likes water and sunlight. I sometimes lightly fertilize.

I have a large growing assortment presently.

Rosemary with it's woody stem can be shaped into topiaries. The easiest is to let it grow tall then trim off side growth to form a ball on top of one stem.
