It takes 90 -120 days roughly for the potatoes to mature. The leaves will start to wilt and dry up when they are ready to harvest. Gently move some dirt aside and check them. You will have all different sizes so be prepared for large and small ones. -

if you live where it frosts .dig them before that happens.They are usually ready by then
