Countertop is dark gray.... cabinets are white, brush nickel knobs, backsplash white subway tiles(white grout?)..the sink will be drop in as the countertop is laminate. The si k will be next to a two burner induction stove top and dropped into a 30 inch cabinet..what material should I use and what size..

I would use a stainless steel sink. But it’s really your preference. I think a stainless steel sink would require less maintenance than porcelain. I think regular stainless would go well with the brushed knuckle knobs.
You can never go wrong with stainless steel for durability and a nice look. Goes pretty much with anything. Will go nicely with your color scheme.
Stainless steel is always a great option! You also want to take into consideration the depth you want it and how wide. Excited for you because I want to find a new one for our home too!
