The si k will be next to a two burner induction stove top and dropped into a 30 inch cabinet..what material should I use and what size..

Some say stainless..some say white porcelain..otgers say black acrylic or black stainless...

DO NOT use black acrylic. Scratches easily and every water mark shows, if you decide on black use black granite.

I would use a stainless steel sink. But it’s really your preference. I think a stainless steel sink would require less maintenance than porcelain. I think regular stainless would go well with the brushed knuckle knobs.

You can never go wrong with stainless steel for durability and a nice look. Goes pretty much with anything. Will go nicely with your color scheme.

Stainless steel is always a great option! You also want to take into consideration the depth you want it and how wide. Excited for you because I want to find a new one for our home too!
