Try pre-soaking with oxyclean ,rinse and spin and then washing in the hotest water for your clothes....add a lightly scented dryer sheet and hopefully that will solve your problem. My mom likewise was in a home but they used adult sanitary products and changed several times daily so she never had problems with personal care. Your mom may be severely dehydrated which would result not only in odor but in kidney function and in mental decline...... find a sweet place outdoors and watch the clouds and see and smell nature. I know that that seems simplistic,but finding my own escapes saved my sanity...peace
