Hi Kathy. Are you wanting to change out those tiles or paint them somehow?

  Thanks for responding to my question. I can’t replace them right now and I don’t want to paint them. I have seen some DIYers do a type of concrete skim coat over laminate countertops. The problem is laminate is flat...tiles have grout lines. How and what do you fill in the grout lines with in order to achieve a smooth surface.

  Kathy,
  If you use a self leveling concrete, it will level out over the tile and you won't see the grout lines. Check out this tutorial:
