What can i do with my laundry room

there is a workbench, washer, dryer, oil tank and hot water heater in the room, the ceiling is exposed as are the pipes. Room is probably 15 x 12 or little bigger

We primed and painted all the pipes to include the pipe foam insulation and have replaced the drop ceiling tiles. The gray concrete floor was also painted a brighter floor color and rugs put down.
