I can't throw out magazines that i haven't read, I randomly work on crafts and then start new ones, only to get a build up of everything...I can't find space anywhere besides the counter top for my medications(approx. 30 bottles), I continue to keep stacking and rearranging but get nowhere as far as slimming down on all the clutter...HELP!!!

I don't if I can offer any help really. I am there myself. The trouth of the matter is that while you keep taking up new projects things keep adding up... what I recently started doing is think if I really intent to finish all projects or not . Ended up stashing away some not taking up new ones and actually completing some others which helped with the clutter. Plus you get the gratification of finishing a project while minimising the clutter too! As for mags the rule is if I don't read until the time the next issue comes in then I just speed read only what is really interesting and recycle or put away accordingly. . Good luck to you ..

I'm not one to talk, but I have a suggestion. When you receive a magazine, review the index & go to articles that look interesting to you and cut them out of the magazine & put them in a 3 ring binder with a tab to identify each article. Then when you get it read, put it in a second binder for an archive. Hope this helps.

Hi Sandi. I do used to do the same thing. I was sick of having to dust them off. What I do now is go through them and tear out the pages of recipes or projects I want to do. Then I put those into a binder.

Get bins to put crafts In. Purge after reading a magazine. Everything can be relocated on Pinterest Etc.

I tear out relevant articles and store in a tabbed binder or file cabinet.

I should upload them to Pinterest!

You could take pictures on your phone of articles you want to read and email them to yourself so they're not cluttering your gallery. However take sometime to read and then purge! Be honest with yourself on if you will read them because you cannot organize clutter!!! Buy a basket of some sort to put them in. Don't have more than 3 projects going at a time. Honestly just do one and finish it before you start another. You'll enjoy having something accomplished with the finished project. As for your medicine, put it up somewhere where your kid's cannot reach (top of the refrigerator, put a shelf high in your bathroom or bedroom, ect.) and no one else can steal because it can happen! The kitchen is the heart of the home; if it doesn't belong in there, get it out. There's other places you can put crafts like under the bed or top of a closet. Find a place, make a place! Get rid of the clutter elsewhere to make the room if you need to. Take 15 minutes a day and clear out the clutter. Not just for you but the whole family!! Please don't think I'm being rude, just honest and sometimes someone needs to push you lol. I'm a mom of three so I know it's difficult but I promise you can do this!
