How to store plastic food storage containers & lids

I have so many plastic food storage containers that I use often to send food home with my children and grandchildren. Any suggestions regarding the storage of these containers would be appreciated.

I keep the lids and containers separately. The "bottoms" will stack by size. Of course, I have to look for the proper lid, but they go in one drawer of a storage unit in my closet and the bottoms go in a box on top of the unit. Not too messy and out of sight until I need them!
