Kitchen cabinets- Any ideas to get storage?
I rent a townhouse. Kitchen cabinets are possibly handmade. Painted white over dark paneling. Owner remodeled new carpets floors, paint. Not cabinets. Small not enough, counter top has about 18" of workspace . Any ideas to get storage, for dishes can goods. Workspace. Only one drawer for kitchen utensils. Silverware organizer too big for drawer.

how about a kitchen island. You can use the top for cooking and roll it out of the way when not in use. Also floating shelves are great for a small kitchen. You can use baskets on them to hold things.
