cold sinks, heat rises. if you need it frozen keep it in the freezer...want it cold put on a bottom shelf. want it a bit warmer- top shelf. my dairy is on the bottom shelves. the items you use the most to the front. go thru the fridge monthly to remove spoiled/ out of date items....christmas left overs... -
