What is a good way to store water bottles in a cupboard?

save a good sturdy box and lay them down on their side stacked almost like a pyramid type triangular position this way just grab the top want to go
If they are full of water, lay them on their side, pyramiding them up. If they are empty and you want to corral them, buy a wine bottle holder that lays the bottle on their side. Put your bottles in each wine cubby.
Attach lengths of elastic long enought to go around about half the bottle, but tight enough so that the bottle doen't slip down. To get the bottle or put it away, then just stretch the elastic.
The elastic can be tied to little picture hanging screws (with the circles on the ends) or tied onto c tea-cup holder screws that have been bent in.
