How can I hide my broom and small ladder?

We just got a bigger refrigerator and so there's no more room next to it to store our booms and small step ladder anymore. The refrigerator is surrounded by woodwork. This is in our summer rental house. We'd like to hide it somehow.Thanks.

Hi! You can do what I did (same issue). -I have a door that leads out of the entryway to the rest of the house, The door is rarely closed and there is a 4" space between it and the wall behind it. Soooo...I simply put up a heavy coat hook on the wall for the ladder, and also mounted a short broom holder in the same area. Do you have a garage or back porch where they can go? I can't see the rest of the kitchen so have no idea what other spaces you have.
Where is the vacuum stored? How about in with that?
I have very poor storage space in my home so I installed pegboard on the wall of my basement stairway and hung my mops, broom, dust pan, etc. people always remark what a great idea when they see it.
My ladder is hung on the inside of my pantry door
