How to cover cinder block columns.

I made stucco with sacrete and painted them a terra cotta color then put a big stepping stone on top and put ferns and palm trees in a big pot on top. They were "showey".

The three rough sides face the view. Would be a little hard to cover them. I would use about three different tones of paint and sponge paint the blocks to look like stone. Cheap alternative and would give them dimension. You can use stone veneer to cover the block if your budget allows.

This site might help. I would find the best paint I could, usually Rustolium, and paint them ombre style to match your landscaping. Or shades of green to blend in.

I would do stone, since you live in the country.

Paint them of add faux stone to them.
