How can I landscape my yard using various sized rocks?

i have quite a few from small to large rocks , that came from the field, i was going to rid of them , but trying to come up with ideas that i could make them look nice outdoors,

oh goodness, DON'T get rid of them! Rocks cost a fortune to buy (for those of us without easy access), and always look great at the corners of a flower bed, or smack dab in the center of a planting area next to a flowering shrub with some small annuals planted near them, or in between. If they're flat you can sit a gorgeous pot on top, or put a BIG rock at the corner of a deck or steps to your deck. They add so much to a landscape. Play with them until you like how they look. A really gigantic rock will look wonderful by itself, but smaller rocks can be grouped.
