The best way is take it up and put new down otherwise acid wash it (muratic it's used for a pool). Then apply a new layer of concrete. Wait for acid wash to dry (put plastic sheeting down). Wait at least 24 hours.
repair any of the cracks and paint, add some raised beds/colourful pots....use the concrete as a base but put in a patio using different materials...mulch, coloured pebbles etc
paint it.. there are a lot of great concrete paint options
I'd remove most of it except for the driveway. And put in grass.
Get it re-surfaced......... Tarmac - Resin etc.........
Yep, patch resurface and keep it, looks like a great place to turn around and park a boat and clean access to water.
Power wash it! You'd be amazed at how much of the dark color comes off
