I need ideas for ways to edge in my garden.

It is on a slope. I have a block wall in back but want to remove my timbers and put something else around the outside. Any great ideas would be great.

I would leave the block wall, make a 2nd wall about 2' inside {in the garden} from the first wall, fill it with soil & compost, and then use the 2' area for a raised garden "fence". Makes a great way to grow the low growing crops so they're easier to tend and harvest, and leaves the rest of the garden for growing the taller crops.
