Lemongrass
Do you have an over hang of any kind? If so maybe you can use a gardening net or twine to encourage a climbing plant or how about metal trellis?
Different types of grasses could do the trick. They get large and produce good privacy. And they grow easily. I would get the kind that doesnt spread though. Its very invasive if you get the kind that takes off all over the place.
