There is not really an "easy" way. One option is to cut out all your grass, rototill the area, regrade, then put the grass back. Another is to just rototill as is, regrade, reseed and go from there.
What exactly is the problem, maybe you do not need to take such drastic measures.
One thing that I have learned about grass, is that if it can grow, it will grow up through. So if you put a thin layer of soil on top and give it some time to grow up through, rake the blades up as you put the soil on so that it will speed the process and the grass will not be flattened. It will raise up the low areas. This will take time and you would have to redo it repeatedly until it is level as you wish. The key here is a thin layer in the low spots.

There isn’t really an easy answer without removing the grass and adding more top soil to leaves everything out.
