I brought my Boston Fern inside from my patio and found little black bits in the floor. I took it out and tapped it a few times and 2 worms fell out. The leaves are falling every day. Please help me!

So, put fern in the bathtub or outside and douse her with plant pesticide that’s made for indoor use. She will need a bath every 3-5 days for 2 weeks to break the pest cycle. She may need re-potting.
Be careful to make sure she is getting the total right amount of water, as yellow leaves are typically indications of that.
Thanks Cheryl! I'll try that.
I had the very same thing happen to my Boston Fern. It deteriorated very fast, even after I treated it and I finally threw it away. See if any of these links help you. Good luck!

Are they earthworms? If so, that's actually very beneficial to the plant. Boston Ferns do lose their leaves every day. I've found that moving them is a little traumatic until they acclimate to the new setting too.
