How can you keep cucumber beetles away from your cucumbers?

You can look for help from companion plants, Marigolds repel the beetles that are attacking your cukes. Nasturtiums are distasteful to other insects that feed on cucumbers. If you want to grow an herb as a companion plant, then the best choice is oregano.

I have done marigolds and nasturtiums but no luck. Will try oregano. Thanks
