I know they eat other insects but they leave poop all over. One type of green frog clings to our windows and siding.

sounds like you have a tree frog. They make fun pets. Catch as many as you can and relocate to a more appropriate location.

You could try providing frog houses, and see if they will move in, then gradually move them to another area, if you choose something portable. You can look on Pinterest by searching "frog house ideas" or purchase them in a garden store. I have found putting them near an area that gets muddy is especially enticing, and it also makes the poop less noticeable. My former home had a full frog house with many happy residents, but where I live now, there don't seem to be any, but I keep hopping, I mean, hoping.

  • I have a few toads that visit and I understand about the poop, maybe something in this link can help you

If all you have are frogs.... you are lucky.... we get the big toads that come up to the doors.... they are attracted to all the bugs at the porch lights...the sponge is 3 1/4 X 4 1/2..... this is our big toad.... we have several others that are a little smaller.... they only come out when the temps get to over 102
