place bowls of apple cider vinegar covered with saran wrap.poke small holes in the top.Put all fruit away. If you have indoor plants they could be fungus gnats and in that case the plants will need to be re-potted in fresh soil

Those are fruit flies. Put all fruit in plastic bags and seal or in fridge. The fruit flies come in with the fruit. You can make a trap, using a bit of vinegar in a glass, seal it with stretch plastic wrap, poke some small holes in the top. They get in but cannot get out, fall into the vinegar or juice and die. After a few days with no fruit out, they should disappear From your kitchen. Good luck.

They are there because you have a food source, fruit going bad. Clean that up, get sticky traps that baited. No food, no gnats. You may have to dispose of wet stuff in small plastic bags that get disposed of daily.

I use apple cider vinegar or wine in a glass and cover it with plastic wrap. Poke a couple of small holes in it. They will go in and die because they can't get out. My local farmers market (indoor/year round) uses this method also in the summer when it's berry season. Berry's always attract these little bugs quickly.

If you have produce on the counter of any kind, wash it. Was any produce that comes in the house. They also will lay eggs in the thin skinned fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, strawberries, grapes. You will see little pinholes that start turning black around it as the larvae eat the inside and it rots. One of those old fashioned fly strips that you hang by a tack on the ceiling really help an awful lot faster. Put out bait also as suggested above. You also need to run some boiling water down the sinks as they like the moisture that is always in the trap and this will kill those buggers. It can some times take time to finally get rid of all the fruit flies, but be persistent and they will be gone. Good luck, If I can beat them, so can you!
