You can buy DEER AWAY at Lowes or Home Depot. You spray it on your plants and the deer hate it
If you plant it, they will come. Don’t make it easy by having them within five feet of your fence. And they can jump over a six foot fence like it is forest fern. You can use deer repellant from a sporting goods or large garden center, but the deer will eat off the top of the bushes once they figure out the urine is not from a close by predator. Fencing cages are expensive and need to be higher and wider than the bushes will ever grow. Diligence and a brave happy dog is great, greater if it’s an outside dog that is on duty day and night. I’ve heard it all, and seen lots of ideas tried. Let’s see what others suggest. ☺️
I have used Deer and Rabbit Away. Used on my hosta’s which appardently deer view as a deluxe salad bar. This stuff worked on deer but not on rabbits. I think they need to change the name! Anyways I did not have to use it as frequently as stated on the bottle. I just sprayed once a month. The deer were all over my property and even eating my potted plants near my front door. This stuff worked for me! Smells bad tho for an hour or so. Ack! Gag! Hair, soap and other suggestions you’ll probably see here. Don’t waste your time.

I too have deer issues. Deer repellent sprays can be purchased at the big box stores, they smell pretty bad when first applied, & needs to be reapplied after each down pour. Something else I do is make wire cages from rolled fencing, just make sure they're tall enough that the deer can't reach into them from the top, & I stake them where needed.
Deer hate sage, plant that among your blueberries. Or agree with fencing them off using a physical barrier.
A physical barrier is the best way to insure no damage by deer. There are scents deer hate such as mint, cinnamon, etc. but the application needs repeated continuously through time and if you forget for a few days, the deer can cause serious damage and it's SO disappointing. Planting mint amongst the bushes would be a help perhaps.

Enclose them with rigid wire crates!
Hello Mem: You can spray the plants to make them unappetizing to the deer, or plant flowers with scents that they don't like. Here's a site that should help with that: 5 DIY Deer Repellents to Keep Them Away from Your Home and Garden (thespruce.com)
