If in potted plants, add river rocks that are too heavy for them to move. Are they in your yard?
Sprinkle "Blood Meal" around the base of the plants. They do not like the smell. It is always good to put some of this in the hole when planting bulbs, for the same reason.
I use ceramic tiles, brick pieces, flat stones, anything heavy they can't get up or under. This also helps slow evaporation and controls weeds.
