They are a fungus from over watering.Use a fungicide and cut back on watering

I have mushrooms pop up in one of my half barrels of elephant ears also, but they don't look like yours. Don't let them get to the point of releasing the spores or you will have even more on your hands. Mine are from moist soil and not much sun getting underneath at the soil level, I also have coleus around the outer edge. My mushrooms don't seem to be affecting my plants. I remove them as soon as I see them.

Mushrooms are a result of decaying plant material. Take your elephant ears out of the pot, rinse the roots with your garden hose and replant in a clean container with fresh soil.

Yep, what all of these smart people said...and just for your own peace of mind, those mushroom spores came in the soil with the plant from where it started. So, fresh, CLEAN soil and not overwatering will make your elephant ears happier 😁. Don't forget to thoroughly scrub the pot/container and let it dry in the sun if possible before replanting. 👩‍🌾

Sprinkle cinnamon on them - I do outside and it kills the mushrooms.

Colocasias take a LOT of water, but they don't like to be submerged -- soil has to drain well, but they take a ton of water -- let them drink, then refill saucer -
