TERRO is the best and safest..but it takes time and most people want instant results.

TERRO is borax and a carrier, and can be bought about anywhere

Hi, you can make your own bait! It gets carried back to the nest and kills the queen. Soak a cotton ball in the following solution and place it in the middle of the "line" near wear they come in. You need to keep this out of the reach of children & pets as it is toxic. If you need, you can put the cotton ball in a small plastic container with a few ant-sized holes drilled in the bottom sides.

    Ant Bait

    1 1/2 cups warm water

    1 1/2 tablespoon Borax

    mix well

    add 1/2 cup sugar

    mix well

    Store in an airtight container
