Carole on May 27, 2014Why not use a mobile chicken run. If it is on wheels, you can move it around your garden to new spots each day where you do want the chickens to scratch - happy chickens, happy plants, happy gardener!Helpful Reply

An American Homestead on Sep 04, 2014There many ways to make an attractive fence that is not ugly. I would do a pinterest search and see all the ways you can build a decorative fence. Nice railings, posts, etc. Of course the meat of the fence will need to be metal. And Douglas is right...chickens will a forest down to mud if you given them enough time.Helpful Reply
