They're not bed bugs. Bed bugs are a lot smaller and more rounded.

the top one is a click bettle bug and the bottom is a stink bug. Don’t kill stink bug in hand or house. They stink bad and you can’t get rid of the smell.
I don't know about the 1st picture. The 2nd picture looks like the bug has what in NC we call an Armor coat on there backs. I don't know the actual name but we call them Stink Bugs! Lowe's sales Home Defense, the jug comes w/a hose attached spray Exterior Boarder around your home and then the interior walls and it will keep your home bug free of any little critters that may try to come in. Works Great! Try to spray Exterior a week before any chance of rain. You'll need to leave your house for 2-3hrs after spraying the Interior walls. Doesn't stain baseboard or paint on walls. Hope your Bug Free soon. Home Defense works!!
I can't tell from the tiny picture. Please do not indiscriminately Kill harmless/beneficial bugs. Just put a couple in a jar & take to your local nursery. If they have a hard shell on the outside just dust some Diatomaceous Earth (Google it).
The answer above me by touched painter is 100% correct get something like that or chrysanthemum dust it will prevent bugs from being in areas you don’t want and will kill bugs like roaches ECT.

oh yeah to keep stink bugs off your house or out of you can rub screens and weatherstripping with dryer sheets
