Put cornmeal around your flowerpots. If more come, put out more, it will kill the colony that is invading the flower pots. -

If there are ants on your pots you most likely have aphids, check the soil for that first, if the apids are there you must repot in fresh soil -

Put coffee grounds around the pot & some on the soil around the flowers.
