How can I inexpensively put up a privacy screen on my deck?

We have NOSEY neighbors that doesn't mix anything we do. Our houses are literally 20ft apart. When I go on my deck they are to the left of us. We would need 10ft of something to give us some privacy. Oh the deck is 2nd storey.

you could build a frame with 2x12’s attach to your deck. Then use the roll down bamboo curtains. Or attach sail cloth to the wood.
