How can I make an open sunroom out back so I can sunbathe privately ?

I have an outdoor shower and an inflatable hot tub. I also like to lay out in the buff but I don’t wanna offend my neighbors and I don’t want anyone else to see me either I just don’t know how to properly build something like that .. i’ve bought so many things to try to get an idea but I just don’t seem to have any idea what to do ..

This was my first attempt, but it was too small and I really didn’t feel all that private.

What I’m trying to do now is somehow close off (no pun intended) my entire patio and just have it open.. meaning no cover .

  • Well a fence would work, but it certainly would diminish the natural light flowing into you house. I like the lattice idea. What I am thinking is sinking post holes in the ground and having removable panels that you can put up and take down with ease in a matter of seconds. That way you have the privacy when you need it and more light and use of your space when you don't. I do the same thing, as it is a great way to get your vitamin D naturally. No one can see in my backyard and if someone sticks their head over the fence, oh well! 🌞

I have been fighting skin cancer for about 30 years give or take. My suggestion for sure is forget about sunbathing in the buff. You really are not thinking about your later years. The damage you do is not reversible. I have dozens of keratosis removed every 6 months, and had 7 malignant ones cut out. So much for "sunbathing" PLEASE, DON"T
