Hi Tamesha! Try outdoor rugs. They are inexpensive and come in a variety of colors,patterns and sizes. I had this problem too when I lived in an Apartment. It worked wonders and looked good with my outdoor furniture together.
depending how cracked up it is you can try grouting in the cracks staining some of the concrete and then seal the whole thing thus giving it the appearance of pavers.
