Have you tried antique stores? Many have lots of this type items around my area. I have found that they have an outside area especially with items many people use in their yards but after cleaning and painting put them inside too.
Salvage yards or antique stores. Or, if you have the budget, just have custom made. There are many decorative iron workers / welders out there and are easy to find. Provide them a photo, and exact dimensions and they can make for you.
This the page of a young man in my area (Charleston, WV). He does amazing work.

That is a beautiful piece! Many iron workers have their wares for sale at local places, like antique shops and flea markets. You might want to check there and see if you could get the artist's contact information to commission a piece. Best of luck!
There is no picture of the kind of piece you want . . . only that it is iron.
I'd rather come to NE to rescue a dog, but hey, we do have some awesome iron workers! There is a local guy that sells things he makes at Park Ave Antiques. Their number is 402-721-1157. I'm not sure what all he does, but if he doesn't have what you are looking for, maybe you could commission it. I can't imagine it would be too incredibly expensive, since its mostly bending the iron, and some tack welding
Cleveland and Sweetwater have some nice stores. Good luck!
Thank you. Will add to my list of "look and see."
