What is the best product to use to give flagstone the wet look ... shine?

Tile labs makes a gloss stone sealer, that I have used on a few small indoor projects. I have also have know of some folks to use floor poly ( though It does not look are work as well) http://www.custombuildingproducts.com/products/care-maintenance/enhancers/tilelab/tilelab-gloss-sealer-finish.aspx The ssealer above is for indoor use...If your working on an outdoor project you can just hose if off as needed.

Thanks again ... I was wondering if it was just indoor ... yes, I am working outside. It looks really good when washed off ... just doesn't last ... gets a dull sheen to it ...want it to shine like wet. I've read some different products that do this, but I read some bad things about it as well, so just wanted some other opinions!!

The thing with doing big outdoor project is the fact that most are really BIG...hence the sealer above that @360 Sod (Donna Dixson) listed...it is a five gallon can water based poly that is use for refinishing floor also can run 40 + dollars a gallon.
