What’s the best way to paint a porch that has paint peeling off?
Our porch is in need of a paint job, but I’m not sure how to prep the porch. Should I scrape off the peeling paint and not worry about the other paint that is still there? Or, should I just paint the porch after it has been cleaned really well?

Scrape, etch the concrete as per directions, prime with concrete primer, paint, allowing sufficient time to dry. You can add sand, to make the surface skid resistant.
What does etch the concrete mean and what do you use? Thanks for your assistance with my questions.
