Use a blow dryer to soften the adhesive and remove, then remove the remainder of the adhesive with alcohol.
You can use Goo Gone for the stickie little remnants!
If the hair dryer doesn't work, try to peal off the top plastic feeling layer and try the hair dryer again, or warm steam.
