As hard as it seems, remove the back and bottom pieces and use the material as your guide. Have a staple gun on hand to staple the new seat & back on = WOW
Go to JoAnn's fabric stores with a coupon and shop for leather there. I was there today, and in the clarence section they had some marked down vinyl for $1.99 a yard.
Do what Maureen said and take off the back and bottom and use that for your pattern, Staple gun is your friend. Not hard at all to do.
If the foam is old you may have to replace it. God to Hobby Lobby with a coupon.
