Remove the existing pedestal and then, purchase a set of 4 legs at the home décor store, such as Lowe's or Home Depot, and determine the placement of those legs and how to attach them.

You would need to remove the pedestal. Then you need to make a frame (apron) to mount the legs and attach the top. Since you have the top all you need is to see how to make the frame for the legs and attach the top.
