Yes, you can. They make a spray paint for multiple surfaces now. Be sure to clean them well and scuff them with sandpaper first.
you could sand with an 80 grit sand paper to rough it up a bit or you might need a "grip" undercoat or use spray paint that is made for glossy (glass) surfaces
Yep. You just need to roughen the surface using silicon carbide sandpaper. You need the more durable grit material because paper made to sand wood will dull quickly. Clean then spray or brush paint as you wish.
