You can use it on about anything.
May darken the color but yes.
Of course you can. But if you are using it in a kitchen or over a heater, the heat may melt the wax. You might have better luck with a high shine stain or sealer. ☺️
Yes, there is no reason why it should not work fine for you.
If you use antiquing wax on cabinets - it is always best to have a fine bristle hand brush so that you can brush well and generously to make a hard surface. This does make it more heat resistant, however, as Jewell stated by heat, you wax may melt over time. High shine stain and sealer are a more concrete solution - however, remember that, not easily changed from this point.
