Can you airbrush chalk paint?




Would like to use an airbrush sprayer for easier detailing of my chalk paint projects. Is this possible?

Yes, you could use chalk paint in a siphon fed airbrush gun/sprayer if diluted enough.

The chalk paint would definitely have to be diluted because it could plug up an airbrush. As for the consistency of the paint, it would depend on the brand or if it is DIY chalk paint... Some are extremely thick and some are not! I hope this helps!
Yes you'll need to add water to thin chalk paint. :)
