Yes, I recommend Martha Stewart beadboard wallpaper. It covers a lot of "blemishes" and can be painted. Use wallpaper glue instead of the glue on the back of the wallpaper.Helpful Reply -

I would not advise doing that, down the road both of the wall papers will bubble and peel. I would remove the wallpaper ,clean, prime and paintHelpful Reply -

I would not recommend wallpaper over wallpaper. The reason is that your new wallpaper will only be adhered as good as the paper beneath it. The old paper may seem to be stuck well, but the weight of your new paper plus the paint will quickly show the weak spots in the old paper.A little extra work now will pay off in the end with a long lasting look that you love!😊Helpful Reply -

Yes you can. I have done it. Especially when the wallpaper was improperly installed and can't be removed without wall damage. The texture wallpaper hides any imperfections.Helpful Reply -

You can do it, but it may not last long. Eventually all that wall paper will let go and it will all have to be stripped off. Painting is possible as a temporary fix, if that is what you need now.Helpful Reply -
