I need a chalk paint, any sugesstion? i need to paint an armoire

If it is an antique, and you don't want to sand it, why are you painting it?? If it's a fine piece of furniture, and you paint it, you have just devalued it and ruined it. If it needs refinishing, refinsh it back to the original beauty. -

Clean it real good...might need a little sanding but maybe not -

Sorry..lots of chalk paint out there...I have not found a bad one yet and they are quite easy to use. -

Walmart has a large variety to order online that you can use. Or you can make your own chalk paint from scratch. Mix 1/3 cup Plaster Paris with 1/3 cup cool water. Mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup latex paint. This will paint a 6 drawer dresser for one coat. Do not store unused home made chalk paint. -
