I'm not sure if there's a way to bring the shine back to the marble but you can paint anything. Clean them well. Prime. And then paint.
They also have marble cleaning companies. They told me they can get the yellow out. If you just want a different look and color than paint away.

I dread the thought of painting things like marble and fine wood. I would check Google or maybe Lowes or Home Depot.
Paint them! I'm painting the all of them in my new house. I'm not decorating around beige marble window sills when I can paint them to match the decor that I chose. Here's some advice from Bob Vila

I wonder if some of the people who are shocked at the idea of painting marble window sills realize what's actually being referred to? I feel sure it is the el-cheapo (often greyish) cultured marble stuff used in bulk by builders in millions of homes over the past 30 or so years. It's typically used as window sills and to top off knee walls in bathrooms. It's a bottom-of-the-barrel, low-end product. We're not talking fine, authentic marbe folks!
Using this method to paint marble isn't limited to just window sills. If you have a marble table top or counters this will work great for that too. Using a 36-grit sandpaper, gently remove the glossy finish. Make sure that there aren't any glossy spots left in the marble, the paint WON'T stick to it.
If you want to restore the you can simy clean them using a mop soaked in warm water. Polish them and apply marble sealer.
Don’t paint them!!! Try oxy clean or dishwasher detergent!!!
