Can you paint glass tiles? I have the small tiles as my backsplash

I paint on glass all the time, but find most paints wimd up looking transparent if I don't apply 2 or 3 coats of primer first. i would Sand, prime, and paint just a few tiles first to see the results you get. If you don't like it, scrub it off. -

yes you can. Just get the correct type of paint.
