Has anyone tried painting/decorating an electric radiator heater?
I have an oil filled electric plug in heater that is metal radiator style. It's just a solid offwhite color. Has anyone ever tried painting one?

definitely need heat resistant paint or you will get toxic fumes I think safest not too mess with it
Hi Kelly. I have painted a heater with regular latex paint and it held up beautifully. Paint the heater when it is cold to the touch (summer is best when it is not going to be in use for awhile) and put several layers on. You may want to check with building codes in your area though and make sure that you are allowed to paint them.
