I have white vinyl tiles on my entrance lobby floor. Can I use garage
garage white paint on them then put a coverage of poly??? over the top.

Why not just add Stick on Tiles in a design instead. -

I wouldn't recommend it, because any flex in the floor or scratches or scrapes would give you a much bigger problem.
